Before the event, you will receive an email that contains all of the contact information needed to pick up your tickets on the day of the event. This includes the number of the seller's representative, as well as our customer service center. The phone numbers are for the day of the event (or the day of your scheduled pickup) only. If you need any assistance before the event, please email us.

If you are running late, having trouble finding the pickup location, or are no longer attending the event/no longer need to pick up the tickets, please call the seller.

If you cannot reach the seller, think that you have received the wrong tickets or had any issues at the pickup location, or are having trouble gaining entry into the event, please call our customer service center.
