When your tickets are associated with the original payment card used to purchase the tickets on the primary market, your delivery method will be Paperless Delivery.

How it Works

If the seller purchased the tickets using a prepaid gift card:

This card will be shipped to you or available to be picked up on the day of the event. Please be aware that while there is no balance on this card, it will have all of the ticket information on it. The staff at the venue will then be able to pull the information directly from the card, which will allow you entry into your event without having to stop at the box office first.

If the seller purchased the tickets using a credit or debit card:

We arrange for the seller to meet all of their customers at the venue. Once they show the venue staff their card, you will be granted entry to the event.

Once the card has been scanned, you will be handed a print out of your section, row, and seat numbers. All tickets are on a single card, so it's important that your entire group enters together.
